You must inform Mason & Green on booking if you have any symptoms that may reflect the infection of the contagion, as, in the circumstance the driver may refuse to transport you on arriving to pick you up. In addition to this, our drivers will always wear a face covering, and maintain regular sanitisation of hands. It is important to note, some responsibility also lies with the passenger. We must insist that on booking, you will realise that all vehicles available, are not suitable to maintain social distancing and if this is an essential request you have, it may be advisable that an MPV or large 7-8 seater vehicle is booked even for one or two passengers. Subject to availability, we will provide the largest vehicle available even if a saloon car or estate car is booked (not guaranteed). Saloon or estate cars, although suitable for your needs, may not be suitable for social distancing. With regards to booking transportation, we do also insist that face masks be worn by anyone over the age of eleven. Drivers can refuse to transport you, he will take into account any mitigating circumstances, such as the age of any child. If you or your children (children under the age of 11, Public Health England do not recommended face coverings for children under the age of 3 for health and safety reasons), are unable to manage the coverings, it is important to inform us on booking. While in the vehicle, you must allow the driver to keep the vehicle well ventilated, it may feel uncomfortable on certain days, but this is for the wellbeing for all, and has been recommended by TFL.

MPV 5/6 VEHICLE! This Vehicle allows up to 1-5 passengers and 5 checked luggage and hand luggage. Both cost effective and comfortable, if you want comfort and space. We also provide 6 and 7 seater MPV's that allow more luggage.
